Biogrowing Probiotic Homemade Yogurt Starter Culture
Biogrowing probiotic yogurt starter culture mainly contains cultures of bacteria (probiotics) that we use to inoculate the milk and begin the fermentation. Alternatively, it can be used as oral supplements.

STEP 1
Take 1 bag Homemade yogurt culture out of the refrigerator, keep at temperature for 15 minutes before preparation.
STEP 2
Pour 1,000mL pure milk into the clean sealed box (or bowl etc.) Add Homemade yogurt culture into the milk and disturb evenly, close the box with its cover.
STEP 3
Keep the sealed box (or bowl etc.) at temperature 38~42℃ for fermentation 6 ~ 10 hours. Take the fermented milk into the refrigerator for cooling storage to stop the fermentation. Longer or shorter fermentation time will not bring good taste.

Adjust the yoghurt taste with honey, fruit etc. based on your personal favor, share with your family!
